Kate Brown’s Politics as Usual

Politics as usual.

That’s what we continue to get from Kate Brown. As a 20-year career politician, I suppose that’s what we should expect. It’s all she knows.

Oregonians want more than that. They want a plan to help them find work, to improve our government audits and ensure our tax money is spent properly, and to reform our election system.

That’s why I’ve proposed specific reforms to each of these areas.

Because Kate Brown can’t – and won’t – engage on the issues important to Oregonians, instead, she attacks me based on my media buying firm.

Over the weekend, Kate began fundraising using a video which accuses me of planning to use “Swift Boat” tactics like those used against John Kerry in 2004. Why? Because of my media buying firm.

This is what a desperate politician looks like. She made up a bogus charge a few week ago about voter registration. She has thrown out a gimmicky spending limit. And now, she makes up yet another attack.

This is also why we need a change in the Secretary of State’s office. We need someone who isn’t afraid to talk about the issues.

I challenge my opponent to drop the politics-as-usual, gimmicky scare tactics and start discussing the issues.

That is what Oregonians want.  It’s what Oregonians deserve.

Oregonians don’t deserve the kind of “Swift Boat” attacks that Kate Brown is already producing.

That is what happens when your losing the arguement and have no real solutions, keep up the good work.

Unbelievable. How is it that whenever truth is brought forth about a Democrat in politics that the accusers are ALWAYS labeled wack jobs by the Liberal Democrats, thereby claiming there is NO truth whatsoever in the claims made? This tactic of Kate Brown’s is most definitely politics as usual! Wake up people, and stand up for what’s good for our state, whether you are Democrat, Independent, Libertarian, or Republican…or, no party affiliation. Knute Buehler is most definitely good for Oregon’s future success, and we need him desperately.
